    Class is going to be hard for beginners because the instructors talk fast during the whole class - and you have to be able to think ahead for the next move and not miss a que. However, Coach Molly is extremely helpful and does her best to call out your name during class for motivation, and comes over and helps you as needed… It is a challenge, but a good one! I will be back.

    Kicked my ass in the best way! She gave great cues and made corrections to ensure proper technique. Also appreciated how she motivated everyone but also backed off when we were at our respective max levels. Will be back!

    Hardest yoga class of my life. I’d never done a class like this before and the reviews are right. I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

    Jill plays the best music of any Fenway solidcore coach I’ve had & I’ve been going for 5 months now. She is key on taking breaks when needed but pushes us to our limit with encouraged reps after max isolation holds. Also one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Can’t wait for her next class!
