It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

see all reviewsFrom a classical Pilates instructor: this was hard 🥵. Let me add, it’s not by any means Pilates, but instead a strength class with the support of a reformer. Things went from 0-100 real quick! My abs were burning off the grid, and when I thought I’d catch a break we moved right into legs and then arms. I was fully shaking and sweating the entire time. The instructor was phenomenal! Super attentive with the 1st timers but kept the pace going and added a flare to the class. His energy was high the entire time and he offered great hands on assist. I will 100% be back to take his class! If you’re a newbie to exercise this might feel like too much, but if you stick with it I think you’ll find joy (in the pain) 😅. Great class!
