    Fantastic!! So good-10/10 would return! I was sick for a while and this was my first class after recovering. Admittedly, I was nervous but Sophia was so empowering! Lovely class in a beautiful studio! ☺️

    If you want more out of Pilates, this is it. I'm still new to the reformer -- I've only done 3 classes but they all had me a bit bored even though it's a great workout. This was enough instruction to understand what to do but wow I actually felt all muscles working and shaking but with more upbeat fun. I managed to actually break a sweat at the beginning with the core work and it was a really solid workout overall with options to enhance or ease up as needed. They seemed to really care about understanding injuries and were helping everyone with form or pointing out regulars you could look to for correcting yourself.

    First things first !̦ one must run the gauntlet of interminable constrxn debris to get to this sublime & sweaty refuge... but it's worth it. Shelley knows her craft and gives her charges just enough rope to dangle themselvez over the proverbial precipice of exhaustion before invityng us back to the terrestrial matspace. Fun adventure.     Pilates Reformer Fundamentals

    A good start to Pilates, some things still do hurt. I’m not exactly sure where the pelvis is embarrassingly enough and that is mentioned a lot. I feel like if you’re a true true beginner it will take quite a few classes to make it up to the regular class.

    Trish is a great instructor! She explained everything well and offered modifications as well as advancements and has great energy! I would suggest doing the intro to Solidcore or other reformer type class before a normal class. Great workout!
