see all reviewsMatt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. Olivia was kind but firm, to make sure you have the right form! It was a small class so you really get a lot of individual attention which is great for a beginner. Can’t wait to try another class.
