    Love love this class. She teaches you skills that our body needs daily and to age well. I heard it's being taken away because of a lack of attendance. I think instead of doing that, the club should really educate the members about the importance of mobility and stretching daily or even on a weekly basis. I'm going to miss this.

    Great experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

    Excellent class. I almost missed the opportunity because I was booked into the wrong time, but in am glad I gave it a second shot. It is one of my favorite setting so far. I recommended Serena. She was great, she made sure all levels were enabled to get the best of the class. The machines are very nice as well. They are a little different from most places I have been, in the best way. Comfortable and roomy.
