see all reviewsGreat instructor! I arrived late and haven't worked out for most of the pandemic so it was definitely challenging but she demonstrated modifications for each exercise. Really loved how she explained and reminded us to keep the correct posture and incorporated dance techniques. She mentioned that she also teaches barre so I will definitely try to take more classes with her!

see all reviewsGreat class, feeling amazing and everyone at the studio was super nice. There are a few things to know if you’re going for the first time. There’s metered parking in the area, but it can be tricky so you’ll want to leave time for that if you’re driving. There aren’t lockers, so keep your valuables in the car if you’re worried about that. They have mats and towels for rent, but they’re kinda pricey, so you’ll want to bring a mat, a towel for the top of your mat (it’s going to be sweaty), a towel for your face and a towel for the shower if you want to rinse off after dripping in sweat. The class itself was great and VERY challenging. I needed it and enjoyed it, but definitely something to be mindful of. It makes CorePower look like a cakewalk. At the end of class, during savasana, the instructor announced and an upcoming studio event that sounded really cool, but took away from the moment. Only thing I would’ve changed was to deliver the announcement at the beginning of class instead.

see all reviewsI love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

see all reviewsThis class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. Im not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didnt take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and Ill certainly go again.
