Too, I really appreciated the thought and preparation he put into the class - from our poses, to the aromatic oils, to the guided meditation. see all reviewsFrom a classical Pilates instructor: this was hard 🥵. Let me add, it’s not by any means Pilates, but instead a strength class with the support of a reformer. Things went from 0-100 real quick! My abs were burning off the grid, and when I thought I’d catch a break we moved right into legs and then arms. I was fully shaking and sweating the entire time. The instructor was phenomenal! Super attentive with the 1st timers but kept the pace going and added a flare to the class. His energy was high the entire time and he offered great hands on assist. I will 100% be back to take his class! If you’re a newbie to exercise this might feel like too much, but if you stick with it I think you’ll find joy (in the pain) 😅. Great class!
