see all reviewsMatt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special. I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes. Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

There’s no music, just a lot of thorough explanations and some giggly chatting before and after class. It feels like a less intimidating version of reformer Pilates with a lot of deep stretching— super empowering and I feel challenged but strong during the class.
