    Wow. Twice as hard as Btone. The entrance is off of traveler st, next to the chase bank, not on Harrison ave proper as google map shows.     This class was slightly more technical than my regular studio, but the instructor gave great assists, so I was really able to push myself and try a few new things. Im not a fan of pillows and blankets in yoga classes , so I just didnt take them and this was 100% fine. The class was super quiet until the instructor arrived which is also different than my regular studio where everyone is a little more chatty, but it was a great class and Ill certainly go again.
