    Just moved from Chicago where I’d done Shred415 before and was welcomed here with such open arms!! Felt such community here, instructor knew everyone’s names and clearly remembered details about them. I generally love how encouraging Shred is, no one is trying to tell you exactly what to do in the workout, they encourage you to listen to your body and do what it’s asking!

    Great workout that’s half cardio on the treadmill (but they keep it interesting with interval training, I’m not a runner and I find it engaging and fun) and half strength training with body weight and free weights on the floor/bench. A true full body workout, fast paced, gets you sweaty, but you can also adjust to your level and no pressure to do the same pace as others. Dark room with clubby lighting and music but felt very welcoming to a first timer, didn’t give me cliquey vibes like some studios.

    Great class. This instructor was my favorite of all. She paid close attention to each of our form and did more individual corrections than I’ve seen in other classes. She explained things really well and was energetic and fun. Will be taking her classes from now on

    The space is large and clean. The classes were small, allowing a lot of space between people. Irina was nice and very attentive. She made sure everyone was doing the poses properly. Overall great class and space. Will go back!
