I would say this experience is a little confusing for your first time, I also arrived right when the class started, so I definitely recommend showing up 10 mins early, but attendees are also sweet and helpful. see all reviewsI’ve attended all the deep stretch classes here for weeks, and I love them all. They are different, so as I come back, there are opportunities to work more on different areas. Each has great appeal and something that will work for you. Noorie’s has two elements that stand out. First, I think she offers the most amount of modifications per exercise. Some days, I feel like going all the way to push myself. Some days, I just stay in the first option, while some others go all the way. Second, she is very personable and outgoing, so when I talked to her about trying some of her other classes, she helped me pick the right one and it didn’t feel like a sales pitch, she seemed genuinely interested in knowing about me and my fitness goals. But really, they are all great, just try them all out.

(I had never stepped foot in a cycling class before today)***I definitely was nervous to book after reading some reviews… but idk what some of these people are complaining about. I felt nothing but positive energy and encouragement from not just the instructor but all the members who attended. (Members said hello and even asked what I thought at the end- love a supportive/welcoming community). It’s easy to feel embarrassed for not knowing all the positions/leans, but I was never shamed for it! I was set up for success. I got to sit behind a few people who were regulars and it helped a lot! As long as you’re truly trying you’re best to keep up and make the most of your experience- there won’t be conflict. She’s there to motivate and I was! Thanks for a great class!

see all reviewsClass has only 3 students (myself included and all female) and Mehdi was professional and effectively correcting our forms. Class is focused on upper+lower body strength training and core training. Because of the small size of class it almost felt like a personal training. I’ve been to many strength training classes and Mehdi is the most serious about forms. If you mostly do workout at home or other classes barely care about your form, I would recommend this class because everything you’ve been doing may be in incorrect forms and hurting your muscles rather than building them. I would say the only downside is that this gym is really hard to find lol there is no visible store sign. If you are in front of the dance center just turn right and go to the side of the building and open the 2nd door.

Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging.
