    Candlelight Yin

Yin Yoga with Steph was exactly what I needed!! Each pose felt like a quiet invitation back to myself. I felt clear, open, and deeply restored. Steph’s energy was gentle, grounded, and so present. Her cues were thoughtful, and the space she held made it easy to let go and fully drop in. 🧘‍♀️ This class gave me permission to just be—no pushing, no proving. Just a gentle unraveling of tension in my body and spaciousness in my heart. 💖

    leapKUNDALINI ~ IN STUDIO

I had the gift of experiencing Kundalini Yoga with Kate at Leap Yoga, and it moved something deep within me ✨ Her energy felt grounded, yet expansive — like a calm current guiding us gently inward. There was a sacredness to the space she held, and I felt completely safe to surrender and soften 🧘‍♀️ The practices she led were powerful and intentional. I could feel old energy dissolving, new clarity rising. The mantra touched a part of me I didn’t know needed to be heard — like it had been waiting for this exact moment 🙏 That night, I slept so peacefully. My whole system felt nourished, reset, and restored. There was something about Kate’s essence that felt magical 💖✨ I feel so blessed!

This class is definitely advanced, but don’t let that steer you away if you’re just looking for a challenge or change of pace from a regular yoga class. I appreciated that there’s no pressure to go past your comfort point. The instructor is really knowledgeable and breaks down poses in layers, so you can build based on your skill and comfort level. He was also open to people’s questions throughout class. I enjoyed the class and was pleased to attempt some poses I’ve never tried before.
