She greeted me right away, which made trying the class much easier. The space has that real training gym vibe—exactly what you’d want.

I got hurt last time at another place years ago and it made me scared to lift weights again but the trainer I had “Kathryn” was great at pointing out exactly what to do to have the right form as I’ve never been able to get the form right. I finally got it down and I stayed safe so I would recommend her if you have the same issues.

And I like feeling connected—it helps for when holding something heavy the body is better equipped to handle heavy things. Will hope to come back!

see all reviewsY’all. Strength classes at BFT South Congress are where it’s AT. Perfect for folks who have anywhere from zero to tons of strength and weight workout experience. I love that these classes are designed to help you push yourself, build/tone muscle and get a good sweat in without making you feel like you’re RUSHED or under extreme intensity going from station to station. The music and moves are always great start to finish and all of the instructors are SO nice, encouraging and knowledgeable, will help you with form if you need in the most positive way. I’ve taken classes with Paige, Shawn, Destanee and Layla and would recommend all of them! The GM, Mike, is also always super friendly and helpful! Great vibes, great team, and they do a lot to build community among classgoers as well with fun events. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to TRY IT! 🙌
