see all reviewsI was originally disappointed when I got to the studio and saw that there was a sub, since I booked this class specifically bc I love Marnie's instruction! But Tyler was truly SO lovely and led a really amazing practice. Great cues, lots of options to modify, and interesting exercises to help us experience the same poses in different ways. I left feeling amazing and will def sign up for Tyler's classes in the future!

see all reviewsEnjoyable class. I loved the music, the yoga sequence, & the teacher had great energy as well. One thing to keep in mind: There were overhead fluorescent lights on. Ooooh, I did NOT like that at all. Hopefully that’s a one time thing and not during all evening classes.

see all reviewsIt’s very similar to a heated Bikram Yoga class - a set flow, the same every time, in a very hot, sweaty room. I think these kind of classes are great for expanding flexibility and feeling detoxed. The studio was beautiful and the staff was extremely welcoming. I’ll return!

see all reviewsBeautiful studio, was greated by the studio manager, instructor Jenna, and another employee. The studio manager gave me a quick tour of where the restrooms and deck would be. Super welcoming space! Class started and since this is my very first time doing yoga, so I definitely did not know what I was doing. The poses Jenna chose were just the right difficulty level for a beginner!! I wish that I could have had a bit more detailed and repeated instructions. I tend to hold my breath a lot when being active so I loved when Jenna reminded me to breath and how to breath through the movement (sometimes she would stop and I would forget to breath but would pick back up later). Amazing first experience and for sure coming back to learn more!

see all reviewsGillian is one of the best yoga teachers in Austin! I think of her class as grounded and practical — yoga for regular, real people. She’s not too woo-woo but still very knowledgeable, and her class is challenging but encouraging of modifications. I love how diverse her classes are — lots ages and body types. Really wish more yoga in Austin was like this!

The instructor was very passionate but it’s hard to hear so much instruction at once. Just describe the exercise while demoing it then give us a countdown to do it.
