A 45-minute Barre class great for all levels! Similar format as a Dailey Barre class designed to help you get a great workout and get back to work within an hour.

The Dailey Method workout combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. Students of all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome!

How to prepare

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

What is ClassPass?
