AM Barre at Stretch STL
About this class
This one-hour, low impact class will help you tone and tighten your body by using movements of pilates and yoga. Some classes will incorporate the use of small weights, balls and the ballet barre to help you build strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

How to prepare
Please bring a mat, towel and water. Arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts so you can get settled in. Please remove choose upon entry. The door is locked at class start. Latecomers must enter through the rear door.
How to get there
Stretch STL is located next door to Pedal Pedal Cycling Studio at 7638 Gannon Avenue in University City, Missouri. Clients can park in front or in the upper lot in the parking lot behind the building. The parking lot directly behind the building is for tenants only.
