Muay Thai at Sitpinyo Muay Thai and Fitness
About this class
Learn the basics of the traditional Thai martial art or hone your technique. One of the main complaints people often have is that their classes are too crowded. At Sitpinyo they limit the numbers per class so you will receive far more individual attention from the trainers and there will always be enough space and equipment for everyone to have a good session. When participating in our group training each student is constantly being offered tips and advice throughout the session and will get one on one instruction when doing pad work with the trainer. The sessions include a mix of pad work, bag work drills and functional circuit conditioning exercises.
