How it works

About this class

This is a group training session focusing on strength, skill, mobility and energy system development (conditioning). We utilize kettlebells, TRX cables, barbells, and our own body weight to maximize our work- outs and increase our functional fitness INside and OUTside of the gym. There is a max of eight clients in each session to ensure that the trainers are able to help each individual with form and ensure each individual is getting the most out of every workout. Classes are modified to fit any fitness level, but be prepared to sweat, smile, and learn how to use your body to the best of it's ability!

he just made us do a 14 min class workout and left us ... it was supposed to be a 50 min class ... seems relatively new

The instructor didnt do anything. We did 7 rounds of something while he played with the music. Then I wasnt sure if class was over or if we were doing something else.

Chelsea was a great instructor and made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Essentially CrossFit, I learned a lot and definitely worked up a sweat. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
