How to prepare

We have cubbies for shoes & coat hooks for coats & bags. No shoes needed for pilates. We provide water, mats & towels for free.

Q train to E.86th street - exit on the E.83rd street side. Walk down 1 block to E.82nd Turn left, Walk 2 aves to York Avenue. We are between York and East End Avenues. 506 E.82nd street. 4,5, train to 86th street Walk to E.82, Turn left & walk east towards York Avenue. We are @506 East 82nd street between York and East End Avenues. 6 train to 77th street Walk to E.82, Turn right & walk east towards York Avenue. We are @506 East 82nd street between York and East End Avenues.

Nicole is a fantastic instructor. She changes her chair yoga flow on the regular and customized it to who comes. She is a true gem! I definitely recommend her class to anyone whos curious about what kind of yoga you can do jn the office, on an airplane, because that is chair yoga afterall. Anyone of any age can try this! Just dont expect a vigorous work out. :) thanks Nicole!
Chair Yoga with Heather
There should be a deception of the class saying that it is for people who cannot get up and down off a yoga mat. The instructor was good but it was not appropriate for all fitness levels. I assumed it was done on the Pilates chair, but the whole class was taught on a folding chair.
