About this class

Jumping® is a dynamic fitness training system, conducted on specially developed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. With its fast jumps, power sprints and balancing moves, this class is a dynamic and fun cardio workout that is 3 times as effective as jogging. Be ready to blast away about 1,000 calories in a class and 2 times more for the advanced classes! This is a low impact and yet high intensity workout that is gentle on the joints and helps to build stamina and core strength as you bounce to your favorite music. Stress reliever and great in achieving weight loss goals too! (Level 2) classes are higher in intensity and you will be pushed to your limits. This class is recommended for regular jumpers who have jumped for at least 4-5 sessions of (Level 1) classes as there will be more variations in moves and lesser explanation on basic postures.

How to prepare

Be in your comfortable workout clothes and bring your own towel and waterbottle. Shoes are required for Jumping, Piloxing KO, The Mix by Piloxing, Strong by Zumba and UStix classes. P/S: Soft sole shoes/ training shoes are recommended for Jumping classes.

How to get there

We are at Clarke Quay Central, just above the Clarke Quay MRT Station (North-East Line). Take the Yellow Zone lift to Level 3 and you will find us!

Jumping Fitness (Level 2)
Tempo of the class was ok, and instructor allocated time to teach us new steps since all of us were new to level 2. Incorporated some Tabata core exercises at the end for the extra burn. Overall a great jump experience :D

What is ClassPass?
