About this class

This class is suitable for students who are new to yoga to learn the foundations without feeling overwhelmed or confused. Longer warm-up period will be included in this class for new students to get their bodies and mind fully ready for further practice to develop stability, balance, strength and flexibility of the body. Designed as an introduction to yoga practice, our Beginner Yoga class focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational yoga poses with a slower pace. This class welcomes anyone who's willing to try, experience, learn and explore yoga in a supportive environment.

What is ClassPass?
