About this class

TRX is a suspension training tool used to perform functional, body-weight exercises. Add TRX to your fitness routine to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Learn basic exercises in a small group of three. Comfortable athletic shoes are recommended. Class is conducted in a small group training class of 3 participants. If only 1 participant is registered, class may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to start time. Client will not be charged for the session and will have the option to pay for a private lesson instead.

How to prepare

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class. Comfortable dance or active wear should be worn. Footwear may consist of Ballet or Jazz shoes, socks or barefoot. Sticky socks are recommended for Barre Fitness and Pilates classes. Mats are available to borrow but it is recommended to bring your own for Pilates, Barre Fitness, TRX, and Conditioning for Dancers.

How to get there

They are located at 2900 Liberty Avenue. Free parking is available onsite.

Beginner TRX with Kristy - amazing full body workout! The class can only fit two or three people, so you get a lot of instruction and attention. The space is also very nice! I definitely recommend this class for anyone looking for a challenge. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was that there wasnt any music.

What is ClassPass?
