This workout on the Pilates Reformer is designed around the jump board! All the strengthening and corrective benefits of Pilates with a focus on the heart pumping, endurance boosting effects of jumping without the impact on your joints!

How to prepare
You will need: Socks with grips (available to purchase in studio) for Pilates Plyo+, Athletic shoes (for Small Group Circuit Training and Small Group Strength)), a sweat towel and water! Please note that we are a small studio that operates by scheduled classes and appointments only. Therefore we do not have staff on site to answer the phone at all times. How to get there
Please use the parking available in the back of the building and the rear entrance marked suite 185.
