Hot O2 HIIT with Precious
Really friendly instructor with good group corrections not individual but a low level so good for beginners not an advanced class which is why I wont be going back, unfortunately it just wasnt enough to get my heart rate up or my muscles burning in only 30mins and the cardio component was very minimal.
