About this class

Get the best of all worlds in one class! The first 20 minutes will be focused on strength training using full body movements to target several muscle groups at once. The peak of the class, the next 20 minutes, will be focused on some fun cardio! Finish off with 20 blissful minutes of stretching to leave refreshed and ready to take on the week. (1 hour)

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, towel to cover your yoga mat, a personal hand towel and water bottle. Mats and Towels are available for rent at the studio. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to fill out your registration/waiver.

The instructor self admitted “counts funny” which is not only annoying, but unproductive for the class. The “stretch” portion was just a basic prolonged warm-up. Lots of potential with this class but it just didn’t meet my expectations.
