How to prepare

Preparation Wear comfortable workout attire to move in and sports training shoes. Bring a towel and water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. When to arrive First time: Please arrive 30 minutes before class commences if this is your first time at Orangetheory, or you may not be allowed into the class. Subsequent visits: 15 mins before class commences *Orangetheory has a strict no-latecomer policy as our coach will take you for complimentary intro class (if it’s your first time to Orangetheory) and we will set you up nicely with heart rate monitor. *Pre-requisite* Before challenging yourself for Orange90, please attend min 3 classes of Orange 45 or Orange 60

For those who are a little bit more tight on their time, the ‘intro’ session is set 30 minutes before the actual workout class, but that’s just to leave you time to change, pick up a strap and then a quick 5 - 10 minute introduction. I didn’t think it was necessary for me to turn up 30 minutes in advance and was standing around idle for 20 minutes. The workout itself was interesting - definitely a novel experience and can feel the burn!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
