Taught by our expert training staff, ONE CIRCUIT classes are strength-training based workouts designed to burn fat while boosting your metabolism and building muscle. This class is constructed of circuits which have 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of interval cardio, and 1 minute of core work. It's a 45 minute countdown to a stronger, more fit you! Love this place. Always a great workout and a fun atmosphere!

So it’s an interesting concept of doing 3mins of strength and 2/1min of “cardio” and a good sweat doing it, but the Vince wasn’t really involved and pumping us up. The music was also fairly quiet and for something like this, I hate overbearing music but I also don’t want to hear people breathing.

What is ClassPass?
