About this class

This 45 minute class is specifically designed to get your heart rate up and give you a burst of cardio. This trampoline fitness class offers a high adrenaline, low impact and fun workout. You will be challenging your mind and body. Bounce Cardio incorporates trampoline cardio to strategically work the body while balancing and strengthening your core throughout. The sequences are created to engage your mind and challenge your body. Expect to be on the trampoline the entire class. Bring water and have fun.

How to prepare

Arrive 5 minutes prior to class to allow time to set up and prepare for class. If it is your first time in the studio arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Please take your shoes off at the door, check in with the instructor and leave your phone with your personal items in the storage cubbies. You are welcome to wear grippy socks if you like, however it is not required. The studio provides all necessary equipment needed including mats.

How to get there

Meraki is located directly across the street from the Cork Factory Lofts apartments on Railroad Street and 24th St. There is a parking garage attached behind the studio on 24th street.

I had fun with the trampoline for something different and the instructor doesn’t put any pressure for you stay on beat so she lets you bounce it out which was nice- I’m not there to become a dancer just get a sweat.

This class was a little more challenging for me since I have never taken a trampoline class and lack balance and coordination but I felt like I got the hang of it and really enjoyed it.

This one just wasn’t for me. It was my first time doing a bounce class and I couldn’t get into a rhythm with the music and felt awkward with the transitions between the different steps in each sequence. I’m sure if I took the class multiple times, I’d feel better about it - but I didn’t feel like the bouncing portions of the class were great cardio for me.

What is ClassPass?
