We have 20 foot high ceilings, a 14 foot MacroAir ceiling fan, use MERV-13 hospital grade air filters, and keep an ERV air circulator constantly pumping outside air in to the training floor.

Boxing is a component of all of our classes and rental gloves are offered at the front desk for $3.
