About this class

Want to do it all?! This class is a cardio and sculpting hybrid workout that features 3-4 rounds of jumping on the rebounder [trampoline] with full body sculpting intervals on the mat using a variety of props! It's a best-of-freehouse experience and an intense workout. *This class moves at a fast pace. All levels are welcome, but first-time freehouse clients wanting form assistance may want to begin with our sculpting classes. Clients say: "Loved it! Tough class though it's seriously a full body workout, but you feel great after." and "It's like the olympics for fitness!" Note: Barefoot; Clients with active knee, ankle or back pain should wait for full recovery before rebounding.

Always such a fun & challenging workout. Annette gives great cues to help you follow along with the moves !

Challenging and different for me, as a yoga teacher, but so much fun! Annette set me up with lots of support, letting me know exactly what to expect and was an amazing guide. She’s clearly very knowledgeable, knows her stuff and kept the energy high and fun the whole time! I will definitely be back.

A little too full for some of the exercises we did off the rebounder. That’s not normally the case, but it threw a few of us off because we kept having to readjust to not bump into each other or a wall etc. Hence four stars instead of typical five. I love Annette and this studio and I’ve been going here since shortly after it opened.

Excellent! Only suggestion is better music - I know they need music at a fast tempo but please no pitbull
Response from the studio:
So glad you enjoyed the class! And while we can't commit to banning pitbull from all freehouse playlists ;) the good news is that there is at least 17 other non-pitbull songs in a rebounding class (dance, edm, hip hop remix, pop, throwbacks), and the playlist is completely different every week. Happy jumping!

Not much first timer attention and direction. Fast paced and minimal instruction
Response from the studio:
Thanks for taking class with us and welcome to the studio! We have a variety of classes at different intensities so in each class description we share our recommendations for first time clients. You may notice in the CP description that All Star is described as being a more fast paced and advanced class, not recommended for your first freehouse visit. We do welcome first timers who want to go for it though! But be sure to check out class descriptions to ensure you find the class that suits you and please contact us anytime for assistance!
