About this class

Based upon the emergent Sridaiva postural system, this class is focused on maintaining the natural curves of the spine within a dynamic postural template called the “bowspring”. This slower moving class is challenging in that it requires awareness and activation of the back posterior chain, which is often weak and under-used. Bent knees, hovering heels, and a full radiant heart allow for the poses to feel springy, light, buoyant, and open. This class is open to all ages, all practitioners. Class is maintained at a temperature of 82-85 degrees.
