Good workout, although not the highest of energy classes. And the facilities are subpar… No real locker room and no heat in the facility either!

4 stars because I think this was a reasonably solid full body workout. However, I felt really uninspired - the instructor was technically attentive, but she seemed either bored or pissed off - maybe she was just having a bad day?

What is ClassPass?
