About this class
Deeply relax and explore meditation through the guiding nature of music and plants. This is a unique sound meditation experience where we use gently applied sound pulses, plant generated music, virtual and crystal instruments, aromatherapy, and projections of the visual nature of sound to help you reach deeper brainwave states. Take advantage of the many relaxing qualities curiously embedded within plants and ambient music that help melt away accumulated stress and encourage healthier sleep patterns. Focusing on your breathing, the music in the air, and the space in between the notes will deepen your meditation practice and teach your brain how to clear overgrown neural pathways, leading you towards a healthier mind, body, and spirit.

How to prepare
When to Arrive:Come early as sessions start on time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. Settle in with some tea and ease into your meditation experience. What to Wear:Come as you are! The studio suggests wearing something comfortable to sit in, whether jeans, work attire or workout clothes. They ask that you remove your shoes at the door, so please bring socks or feel free to go barefoot.
How to get there
Anchor Meditation holds classes at 2118 Union Street in the Marina. Please drop in to meditate. Classes and workshops are available throughout the week. We also offer private meditations, group sessions, event rental and teacher training.
