Vinyasa Level 2 - Less instructions with intermediate to advanced poses along with working on varied transitions, inversions, arm balances, flexibility and strength. For yoga practitioners with good yoga foundation. This class is NOT for beginners. Must have at least 1 year consistent yoga practice.

How to prepare

• First timers -please arrive at least 15mins before class start • At all times, latecomers will NOT be allowed in • Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion • Footwear not required for both yoga & calisthenics classes • Mats & towels provided • Bring your own water bottle, we have a water fountain • Bring your own bag for your sweaty clothing • Use of mobile phones strictly not allowed in class • Keep phones on silent mode in lockers • We reserve the right to turn away students who do not respect our rules

How to get there

We are just five minutes walk from Bugis MRT (Downtown Line). Exit from Downtown Line towards DUO and cross the traffic light junction towards Haji Lane. Walk towards Beach Road where the colorful graffiti walls are. We are across the side entrance of Piedra Negra Mexican restaurant, next to Pablo Cheesetarts & CIAO Italian restaurant The studio is on the 2nd floor, please access the stairs from Haji Lane beside the restaurant. Limited street parking available on Arab Street/ Kampong Glam area, come early at peak hours to secure lots.

Amazing class as usual! One of the most advanced class, if not the most, in Singapore! Perfect for those who want to challenge and push yourself deeper into the practise. Studio is also spacious and cool.

Lovely studio that's good sized, airy and lots of light coming in. Awesome class to train flexibility and to strengthen your arms and upper body, great for those who want to practise arm balances and inversions as you'll have lots of opportunities to. Learnt a lot from the class, such as inversion transitions. Definitely a more advanced class, good for intermediate/advanced yogis who want to be challenged. San Lai helps to correct your pose and give tips for the more complex poses as well. Did not feel a flow this time though

Great class for intermediate yogis! Went into many advanced poses and was pretty challenged. San was very very friendly and attentive. Plus point is that towels are provided (: will definitely return!

class is not beginner friendly, no clear instructions and more targeted for advanced practitioners.. as a newbie you can expect to be ignored..
Response from the studio:
Thank you for the feedback. Our class description in the app has always indicated this Level 2 session as not for beginners, as this class will have less instructions. The practitioners are indeed advanced and understand how to move into asanas and take their own options with our teacher focused on her cues to guide students into variations, etc. We would recommend you try a Yin Yang session with us for a better experience, Namaste.
