Pole Dance :: Level 1 & 2 Great for brand NEW people! New to pole fitness? Want to learn to dance, let loose and have a fantastic workout without even feeling like you are working out? This class is for YOU! This classes is recommended for anyone just starting out on their pole fitness journey! We break down some essential pole techniques and focus on safety, strength and flexibility to get you ready to spin, climb and move around the pole gracefully and confidently. No dance experience required! Classes begin with a thorough warm up and conditioning segment and followed with a thorough cool down. How to prepare
Every class: - Bring water!! - Bring your smile!! - Be ready to do amazing things!! Pole Fitness: - Wear tank top and shorts - Bring workout leggings, knee pads Aerial Fitness: - Wear workout leggings - Wear a snug-fitting shirt (with at least short sleeves recommended)

We don't have a large building sign but we have beautiful outside windows to help you find us. Look for us just to the right of Dogtopia.
