REFINE and DEFINE with Jill
A little intense for newbies. Trainer set up 6 circuits and explained them all at the beginning expecting everyone (including newbies) to remember throughout course of workout. Would try gym again, but different class.

This class kicked my butt! Jill was great, and I really liked the environment of the gym - didn’t feel like anyone was judging me. I do think the description of the class is a bit misleading. I was expecting a kettlebell workout, but this had multiple stations with different types of exercises. I enjoyed it nonetheless!

The class only had a few people so it felt like a personal training session.

Only 3 of us in class this time so we got to two rounds of 6 different exercises with kettle bells and bands. Soooo sore today. Really enjoyed the class and Luq’s energy and motivation.

What is ClassPass?
