Functional interval training classes are perfect for those looking to break out of the normal fitness routine. They have the perfect mix between strength and cardiovascular training. Each daily workout is designed to burn maximum calories in a shorter amount of time. Their studio carries some of the most exciting training equipment available today including the self propelled TrueForm treadmill, battle ropes, sleds, slide boards, TRX, Jacobs Ladder and WaterRower. What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
