How to prepare

Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness- Madison Square Park Ultra Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

Good instruction.

No AC and the class was 45 min instead of an hour. The instructor was very good though and actually checked everyone’s form and encouraged safety as it was a very crowded class.

Love this class, especially as I’m intimidated by weight training. This is a fun, fast and enjoyable way to build strength and improve muscle tone- definitely a lot better with new instructor - T!

I didn’t love this class. There was no warm up and we went straight into lifting a body bar. I’d like a little more cardio before jumping into weight lifting.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
