see all reviewsI recently started to attend Core40 HV in the early mornings but after experiencing this class, might stick with the Marina location even though it’s out of the way . I greatly appreciated this instructor as she allowed space for modifications if needed. We don’t all have the same fitness needs, experiences, and goals. Pushing to go FULL ON AGRO THOR BEAST mode is not always appropriate for everyone. This class at the Marina location was an amazing start to the new year.

She genuinely wants to see you succeed and offers plenty of modifications to suit your needs. The studio itself is so spacious, and I absolutely love the window with its view of the trees—it creates such a relaxing and zen atmosphere.

see all reviewsApart from the instructor walking right into my arm while I was standing in a stationary spot doing light weight tricept extensions, the class was good. If there wasn’t enough space to walk around me, walking pass the front of the machine would have been a great option. It would have been polite to simply acknowledge the bump at the moment or even after class.

see all reviewsI greatly enjoyed and benefited from Victorias style of instruction. I appreciated her neutrality and that she didn’t project her will onto the class. This allowed me to be met where I’m at. She gave us a well organized frame work to work with and was extremely helpful with form corrections without aggressively pushing for more weight and intensity (which was not what I prioritize over form and proper use of musculature.) I’m grateful that Victoria verbalized openness to set our own intentions for class.
