Kind teacher, beautiful space just not very challenging

This is the most relaxing yoga class Ive ever taken. I honestly felt like I was at a spa. Aromatherapy, poses meant to restore and stretch, and the most refreshing shavasana. Highly recommend!

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Small class of all different bodies, ages, races, and abilities. Beautiful small studio. Thoughtful practice.

Warm instructor, beautiful room. Good class for people just starting out! Minus a star because its kind of hard to hear the instructions from parts of the space so put your mat in front!
