About this studio

For 21 years, Yogaspace, on the Ossington strip, has been well known for it's excellent 200 & 300 Hour Teacher Training Programs, it's Wellness Centre, it's high quality Drop-in Yoga & Movement Classes & it's Yoga Boutique. They offer over 70 Drop-in Classes weekly led by a highly trained & knowledgeable senior teaching team. You'll find the best of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yoga/Pilates Fusion, Hatha, Flow, Restorative, Functional Strength, Meditation & Pre & Postnatal yoga at this studio. Their Wellness Centre offers Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, RMT, Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Thai Yoga Massage & a Private Infrared Sauna! How to prepare

The atmosphere at Yogaspace is laid-back and easy going! Wear yoga gear, shorts and a T-shirt.. whatever you feel most comfortable practicing in. Their change rooms are equipped with showers and they have a Private Infrared Sauna. They suggest students bring valuables into class and of course, don't forget to turn off your cell phone before class begins. If you must leave a class early, they ask that you please do so before Savasana begins. They have yoga mats and towels for rent.

How to get there

Yogaspace is located at 148 Ossington Avenue, 2 blocks south of Dundas at street level. It is easily accessible by foot, bike, car, or TTC. There is paid street parking and bike parking in front of the studio and free parking on side streets nearby!

Cassandra was really engaging, spent time to educate on the reason behind technique and made it a fun class. I would definitely suggest her classes to anyone.
Restorative Gentle with Jules
This class is known for its hands on assistance, aromatherapy and meditative guidance. This instructor did not provide (me at least) with much hands on assistance, I did not smell at oils and most of the time she was just silent, not giving the guidance that I’d hoped for. I left the class feeling uneasy and upset as I felt like it was a waste of time and I hadn’t experienced the healing that I was paying for.
Vinyasa (All) with Fiona
Class was lovely, challenging and focused but appropriate for all levels. Fiona was a delight and very welcoming.
Yoga/Pilates Fusion (All) with Tyler
This class was low tempo but with lots of focus on the muscles and toning. I really enjoyed it, my muscles won’t tomorrow :)

Nikki is the real deal: embodied and inspiring yoga!

What is ClassPass?
