Please bring grip socks for all classes except yoga. If you don't have any, they are available for purchase at the studio. For yoga classes, please bring your own mat!

Xtend Barre with Christina
Class format was great. I liked that there was more movement than a typical bar class and less focus on core-only exercises. The windows are also really nice. The instructor though was not what I expected for a boutique fitness class. She did only about 20% of the class with us, making it hard to follow with proper form and know exactly what move to do. Additionally, the lockers are very small. Coming here after work, I'm not sure my regular bag would fit.

Sophie made me feel comfortable even though I am new! Her subtle adjustments were very helpful and it was a great class.

A LOT of pulses in plies. I think there are many other barre/ballet inspired exercises that could be used to tone rather than pulsing for half the class. Not a knee friendly class.

Sophie taught a great class. A lot of reps and pulses. She was motivating and provided adjustments and modifications throughout class.

Beautiful studio, definitely a challenging workout with more cardio elements than a typical barre class. Only thing is the double time moves are so fast that it's difficult to do them without completing messing up form.
