    Great class! Great instructor & fun Taylor Swift themed Friday. Heat felt great, but wasn’t too much. I like how many different workout objects we used - ankle weights, dumbbells, bands, rings, etc. The class flew by!

    I loved the Yoga Sculpt class! I enjoyed how it was a mixture of yoga and pilates, and more fast paced. Great way to start off the day, and it sounds like there are a lot of options for classes at this studio. Overall great experience and excited to try more classes!

    The studio has a great environment and is spacious, even though it’s located in a busy area. The instructor is very nice and patiently helps correct your postures. Towards the end of the class, they provide a towel with essential oils, which is very relaxing. Good for a Friday relaxation
