Ignite - Athletic Conditioning
see all reviewsGreat workout and the teacher allows you to take things at your own pace/offers a lot of modifications for students at different levels. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. This was my first class back and it was difficult but so worth it!

see all reviewsNikki was my favorite teacher so far at hotbox because her sequences were thoughtful and choreographed. It didn’t just feel like a Hiit class it felt like what it was supposed to feel like, a mix between Mat Pilates and sculpting cardio.

see all reviewsI appreciate her emphasis on form. Life is always go go go- often I feel rushed during yoga classes. I loved the slow pace. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special. I will definitely be back.

see all reviewsHailey’s class was absolutely amazing. Her verbal cueing for positioning and breath work was on point and easy to follow making it an intense but very enjoyable sweat session. The studio was very clean and bright and everyone had more then enough space for all movements. 10/10 experience and cant wait to go back and also try other instructors. Thank you!!

see all reviewsGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

see all reviewsI loved this class! It was wonderful to be in a space, post partum, where I could workout with my baby with me. It felt like a judgment free zone. Meghan was wonderful: challenging class but modifications offered.

see all reviewsThis class is not actually kickboxing (no boxing bags), I would call it more like Zumba shadowboxing. Not what I expected but it was fun and a good workout! Overall I really like this gym—it is clean and people are friendly and supportive—and I like and the wide variety of classes they offer.

see all reviewsClara’s class was so fun, I had a great time! The music was a good mix of top 40s and oldies pop with a good beat. I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week! I am definitely signing up for more classes in the future!

see all reviewsRelaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
