love this studio & great teacher.????????????????????????
Flow + Yin
After being away from yoga for months, Carmen’s class was a perfect reintroduction to the practice. It was a new style of yoga for me but instructions were thorough and easy to follow.
Flow + Restorative
Really liked the instructor and studio but I could have used a little more intensive flow and restorative positions. I used my own modifications and really enjoyed the class. The flow is very gentle.
