Great full-body workout and coach-owner really knows how to help bodies get strong and age healthy. I gave 4 stars because I suspect the classes are not where they really shine, but instead the personal training. Recommended for 40+ folks looking to get strong and avoid injury.
Rowing with Daniel
Instructor was very knowledgeable and ran a good class, but this was not a hard workout. Slow pace and did not feel like it was worth 7 credits. There was only 3 of us total so if you sign up for this you may be the only one. Not a bad class just not high intensity, only did rowing for a total of 5 minutes and the rest was stretching.

Blaine was very friendly and knowledgeable. He paid a lot of attention to everyone's form and made the class feel like it was catered to everyone. Lots of personal attention. The studio is great- lots of fun props. Rowing was not just rowing- great workout!

Bret was a phenomenal instructor!!! The flexibility to be able to row outside in the gorgeous weather, small class size, and ability to accommodate any fitness level was greatly appreciated.

What is ClassPass?
