Glad I did, instructor was the toughest I have ever taken, pushed hard but offered modifications without making me feel guilty. Also I was surprised it has two studios in the one space. Fortunately, Ally was the instructor and she’s really warm, genuine and encouraging. Even though the class was pretty much at capacity, she took the time to encourage every single student - she’s so awesome!!! ♥️. The class was tough but there are ways to modify. Ally’s playlist was super fun - mashups of Bon Jovi, Coldplay - really helped me get through the stair portion of class. Everyone should try Ally’s class!!!

It was as intense a workout as I've experienced. Not just physically, but mentally as well. Joe did an excellent job of encouraging hard work while expertly coaching a beginner. He worked with me while doing the same with others in class. He taught me combinations and when I made mistakes he corrected them on the fly in a way that was easy to digest. I cannot recommend Joe's school highly enough. Will absolutely attend again as soon as I'm able to.
