see all reviewsI enjoyed the Vinyasa flow pacing. Breathing encouragement throughout was greatly appreciated. I felt empowered to be courageous in lightening pose. Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.
