About this studio

An intense, 50-minute total body workout done in a team environment with no more than 14 people. The workout is done on their patented machines - a resistance-based machine that provides hundreds of different exercises so that no class is ever the same. Please arrive early. If you are not on time, your spot may be given to someone waiting.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and arrive early. If you are not on time, your spot may be given to someone waiting. New users should arrive 15 minutes early to sign a mandatory waiver and for an overview of the machine. Any user who doesn't show up early and/or sign the waiver will be considered as a 'no-show.'

How to get there

Wayzata- The studio is in the Promenade. Down Mill Street, directly across from the Muni, and down the road from The District restaurant. SLP- in the Arcade directly across from Lululemon.

Challenging class but super gratifying knowing you completed it ????????

INTENSE workout but you feel great (and sore) afterward. Instructions are a little hard to understand but the instructor was great about giving tips and modifications.

Such a great experience! Coach Alyssa was absolutely perfect for this class! She was super fun and encouraging and motivating and helped us all get through the 65 min challenge! Would love to do this again sometime!

What is ClassPass?
