About this studio

An intense, 50-minute total body workout done in a team environment with no more than 14 people. The workout is done on their patented machines - a resistance-based machine that provides hundreds of different exercises so that no class is ever the same. Please arrive early. If you are not on time, your spot may be given to someone waiting.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and arrive early. If you are not on time, your spot may be given to someone waiting. New users should arrive 15 minutes early to sign a mandatory waiver and for an overview of the machine. Any user who doesn't show up early and/or sign the waiver will be considered as a 'no-show.'

How to get there

Wayzata- The studio is in the Promenade. Down Mill Street, directly across from the Muni, and down the road from The District restaurant. SLP- in the Arcade directly across from Lululemon.

The workout was really tough. The first mins 20+ were completely focused on abs....I wish maybe there were a few modifications given since most people cant stay in a high plank or standard plank position for that long of a period of time. It was a little discouraging that no modifications were given. If someone was a first timer or looking to get into shape I could imagine they would have been really intimidated and deflated after the first half of the class. I think some fellow instructors were participating so maybe he was making sure they got a really good workout. Besides that music was great. And the second half which focused on lower body was awesome!

As a first timer - Courtney was super helpful and other people in class were so nice! Will def be back once my abs stop (good) hurting!

Tom is my favorite instructor. He makes sure to give everyone individual attention and really makes sure you have the correct form which is super helpful when you are still a beginner! I love his class and his instruction style!

What is ClassPass?
