I really enjoyed the class. It focused more on spirituality and philosophy than other studios Ive been to. We did a lot of meditation and stretching which was different than other classes that work through postures and movements. The first few minutes were used to talk about a lesson/teaching that we could use as our intention for the practice. All in all, if youre looking for yoga that gives you a e connection I would 100% recommend this studio, but if your looking for more fitness centered yoga CorePower or YogaFit might be a better choice for you.

What is ClassPass?
