Instructor was super friendly and knowledgeable, explains everything she had is do and why it was beneficial. Nice small class. Small movements but you could really feel the burn!

About this studio

True Body is invested in delivering an effective, body-sculpting Pilates mat class by providing intentional cues and imagery that allows the participant to target specific muscle groups. This 60-minute class prides itself on providing individualized attention within a group setting. With expertise in working with varying fitness levels, True Body classes are modified to suit the needs of each participant.

How to prepare

When should I arrive?: If you are you new to True Body please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a waiver. What should I wear?: Wear athletic attire that you are comfortable moving in. Class is done bare foot or with grip socks. What should I bring?: Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. What facilities are available to me?: There are seperate mens and womens restrooms and dressing rooms.

What is ClassPass?
