From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit! She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.
