About this studio

The Dailey Method workout combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. Students of all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome!

How to prepare

Please bring socks!! If you are taking Dailey Cycle please also bring runners and a water bottle.

How to get there

Please arrive 10 minutes for Barre Class and 15 minutes for Dailey Cycle. For Daily Cycle, please bring tennis shoes and water.

Best last class at this studio ever!!
Dailey Barre - Candlelight Class with Olivia
Not sure the purpose of candlelight. It was too dark and couldn't see the instructor and couldn't see if I was doing everything right. Didn't use the mic so it was hard to hear too. Whenever I looked around it seemed like everyone was doing something a bit different. I feel like I was doing it wrong but didn't know what and never got corrected. Oliva was very nice though and I liked that she reminded us to breathe.

Great enthusiastic instructor but the new saddles at method kits are not at all comfortable. Ugh. Already got a saddle sore as did my friend. Please bring back the old saddles!!!! ????

Really liked how Jennifer explained the poses and movements throughout the class. It really helped to make sure I was working as hard as possible, and now I will feel even more confident for the next barre class I do!

Loved it, the workout was upbeat and intense! Kylie is also very sweet guiding me through my first cycle class here.

What is ClassPass?
