How to prepare

For Strong by Zumba, wear supportive sneakers and comfy clothes and bring a mat/towel for floor work. For Barre, wear socks that can slide on the floor and bring a mat/towel for floor work. For Zumba, bring water and your fun! =)

Class was fun! Talitha was a great instructor, upbeat and full of energy!

the instructor was very nice, friendly and energetic, and the class material was decent. However, the place at 446 really wasn't much of a studio and probably deserved one star. Certain spots on the floor have. a lot of splinters, making the experience somewhat uncomfortable (in all fairness, the confirmation email did mention that - hence bring your own towel or mat).

Strong by Zumba
The teacher is delightful and explains everything well. It’s very low impact so I was a little bored. The space was felt strange because it was in a church

Thanks for your honest feedback! We definitely recommend taking all of our pogression options if you are more advanced. It's also recommended to use a mat between you and the floor to help you really nail all your burpees, push-ups, etc. without concern for the condition of the floor. Hopefully you'll try it again with a mat and take all the progressions to get the full advanced workout!

What is ClassPass?
