Very slow pace and not challenging at all... barely broke a sweat. More like 40 min and not 45, with no stretching before or after... also a lot of squats and stuff, so if you have a knee injury this is not for you

Sweat Glen Rock is a spinning and small group fitness studio. If you want to burn calories while jamming out to amazing beats and also get all the strength and flexibility training your body needs, this is the place to be. Come experience their fun and encouraging atmosphere where you'll feel like a champ with every class you take.

How to prepare

Proper footwear is required to participate in class. You can either wear sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips in the cycling room. Sneakers for small group classes.

How to get there

Be advised that there is parking in front of the studio on the street with additional parking in the rear entrance.
