About this studio

Survival Fitness offers HIIT & Strength classes. HIIT classes are a blend of resistance training, heart pounding cardio, and plyometric training. These workouts are a combination of circuit, traditional and nontraditional cardiovascular and light free weight strength training. Every workout is different, provoking muscle confusion and challenging all skill levels. Their strength training workouts are essential for developing a strong foundation for the body no matter what goals you might have.

How to prepare

Wear something you can move well in. They recommend bringing a small towel and a water bottle. They do have a small changing room and bathroom and they do sell water if you forget. Make sure to arrive a little early your first time to fill out the waiver form.

How to get there

Studio is located in the back half of building, where there is parking available. While parking is limited between 8-5, parking is unrestricted before and after. Front of the building has a sign that says JRF construction - anticipating studio signage in the next few weeks! Access studio door in back.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
