    Always love JC’s classes! Good music, good vibes, and he motivates me more than any other instructor. I have been attending his classes regularly and have noticed I burn way more calories (I use an Apple Watch) and my avg power is higher too. Highly recommend!

    Lisa was so great! She gave me extra attention bc I was new and did so in a friendly, welcoming manner. The class was great for both a workout and a nice stretch. This is a great class to start with if youre not very familiar with a reformer. Overall a wonderful experience in a beautiful studio!
