About this studio

Studio Re is a wellness studio providing a barre-based class, which challenges the core by strengthening arms, abdominals, seat and thighs. The total body workout is a 45 minute class that enforces mind / body alignment while reinforcing the importance of perfect posture. The upbeat and often changing exercises and stretches keeps the momentum in the class leaving you with an “I can” attitude, enabling you to achieve your highest goals. Daycare is offered Mon-Fri from 8am - 3pm. $4/hour/child. No reservation needed!

Low key class with good music. A great, mid-level workout. I wish the instructor would tell me where I should be feeling the burn more- it helps me adjust my form, which is so important in classes like this! Beautiful little studio with room for 10-12 mats

Beautiful studio! Great music. The instructor wasnt overly talkative and walked around the classroom a lot after demonstrating moves. I really felt a burn with legs, but could have used more biceps! Loved the class overall.

What is ClassPass?
